2. In this Regulation, unless the context indicates otherwise,
“institution” means a body or person mentioned in section 3 and in the Schedule to the Act;
“specialized bookstore” means a bookstore where books in only one field are sold, including children’s literature;
“title on display” means a title easily accessible to individuals due to its methodical and visual presentation as well as its positioning in the sales or display area.
